Who we are. Almera Private Ltd (company no. 17374449), registered office 90 Christchurch Road, London SW14 7AX, is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at ahmed@almera.london.
What we collect. When you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or our enquiry form, we receive your name, contact details and anything you choose to share about your plans. If you ask us to arrange something, we may also need travel and identity details, such as passport information and travel dates, and your preferences, including any dietary, medical or accessibility requirements you tell us about.
How we use it. To respond to your enquiry and arrange the services you request; to keep proper business and accounting records, as the law requires; and to run our business responsibly. We use sensitive details, such as health or accessibility needs, only with your explicit consent and only to arrange your request.
Who we share it with. Only the hotels, airlines, transport, restaurant and event providers needed to fulfil your request, and trusted service providers such as our email and messaging platforms and professional advisers. We never sell your data.
International transfers. Arranging travel abroad means sharing details with providers outside the UK. We share only what each provider needs to deliver the service you have asked for.
How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for these purposes. Accounting records are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.
